Halo 4 Recruit armor by Hyperballistik Halo 4 Recruit armor by Hyperballistik
I had this picture taken of me at DragonCon 2013, I was checking out the Halo 4 Needler made by Volpin when they took my picture, I always thought this was a cool pic, I would credit the photographer but I can't remember who took the photo

The armor and the needler are awesome!
Don't read under this

But,if you want to be 100% right, you need to look at the game...because the helmet is recruit...but the chest and the shoulder pads are the warrior armor ones.
Now i feel so bad...sorry.

LoL no worries all of the armor is Warrior armor, just the recruit helmet, the suit was based off the Mountain Dew Spartan that they used for the XP game points when they released Halo 4 I have no clue why I posted Halo 4 Recruit armor lol, you can see what I based the suit off of here ------>hyperballistik.deviantart.com/…

I'm making my own armor out or eva foam, your armor looks great, but i have 2 questions.

1) how did you make the armor so smooth?

2) how did you do the blue under suit texture with the circles like how it is under the shoulder plates

please answer this info would be a big help. :)

The armor is smooth because its eva foam just used a sharp blade for all my cuts to keep them clean the circle things you see randomly on the armor was made with a Dremel tool sanding drum, you just need to take your danding drum and hang it off the rubber part of the Dremel bit about a 1/4 inch

Thanks, the armor is made out of eva foam floor mats, all you need is a razor blade, foam mats and hot glue ;)

WOW, it's pretty incredible that you can make what is probably the most accurate Spartan IV costume out of those materials. I am thoroughly impressed. Also, do you plan on making any more halo 4 stuff, like the rogue helmet?

Aww man. But still, it had to have been real nice to hold it for the time being. I'm a little tempted on buying one but the model kit is so damned expensive. :/
