Halo 4 Spartan IV Warrior helmet on completed Suit by Hyperballistik Halo 4 Spartan IV Warrior helmet on completed Suit by Hyperballistik
My Finished Halo 4 Spartan IV Warrior helmet sitting on top of my friends Spartan IV Halo 4 suit, this pic was taken at Dragon Con. I did not make the suit, My Friend Daniel made it, the suit is made from Eva Foam, so the Suit credit goes to him, I did build the helmet to go with the suit, but here it is all together, i believe at this time that this is the only completed Halo 4 Multiplayer spartan IV suit that is compleated and is lifesize

The boots were not finished in this pic so we borrowed them from an Ironman suit and my friend was not wearing under armor as we almost ran out of time getting this ready for Dragon COn

Well the whole thing together looks pretty awesome together.  I'd always wanted to go to one of the "cons" dressed as a halo character (or better yet, my spartan from Halo 3) but money is pretty tight and all that.

Do you know what material he used to make those bumpy areas (the circular mesh)?

The circle patterns you see on the suit were made with a Dremel tool sanding drum, you have to have the sanding drum stick out a little past the rubber part that locks it on to the the spindle, then run the Dremel at a medium speed and press it into the foam, it takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, it goes quickly ;)

So you use normal EVA foam, not camping mat or whatever other people use?

Hey dude, I got a question about your cosplay, since I'm trying to do my own.

For the black under-suit, would you say that a Batman costume would work for that?  I found one at my local Walmart, and it's 30 bucks, and it's a whole suit.  With the gloves and mask separate, since I wouldn't use the mask, and the gloves would be altered for the spartan outfit.

I have, also, gotten a silver reflective halloween mask that I can use for the visor.  Do you have any tips for a newbie?  :'3
