My Hayabusa armor from Halo 3, It took me almost 4 months to complete it, made it out of paper, fiberglass resin and casting resin
How easy is it to move while wearing it?
Nice and casual

So I started building my Hayabusa helmet today and I was wondering if you have any advice.

Thank you, I just rebuilt the suit out of eva foam so stay tuned I will be posting pics of it by next week
hey can you get me the details and instructions on how to make this, I want to do a halo series but don't have any thing to use for the series (maybe use it in paintball).
wow! thts so freaking cool
Amazing work. Very high quality through the whole build.
Four Months! Wow! Now I am mor pumped to make one. It looks perfect! All I need to do to get started is to learn how to print the paper what size to use how to scale it..... Ah darn dam my ADD But will try!
Yes 4 months but that was doing something to the armor everyday lol, it was a nightmare, If you want to make a suit I suggest foam over pep, I made my Reach MKV in 2 weeks, you can see pics of it in my gallery somewhere, also on the 405th.com site therre are tutorials on how to make the pep designer print and how to scale the armor
That is simply amazing my friend. Well done.
Thanks, Im currently rebuilding this set of armor out of foam to make the mobilty a little better, Hard armor is hard to move around in and is extremly hot to wear
How much did it cost you to make this?
Very impressive build! Keep up the good work!
that's just friggin awesome! i salute you!
Paper you say? Wow I am impressed.
Well paper at first or actually pepakura, after everything is done, its actually now plastic, but started life as paper to shape it
